Jason and Fernando checked into the Dover Hall Estate Monday afternoon to the Queen Elizabeth suite. They visited the adventurous Billiard Room and stately Library while enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. They headed off to the wine cellar to enjoy an amazing custom 5-course private dinner prepared by Chef Lee Hendrickson. Each plate was accompanied by a wine pairing.

Zeppoli with Dark Chocolate and Lavendar Sugar
